Consultation/Needs Assessment
We start out with a phone assessment to determine the scope of your needs. When you are ready, we will perform an on-site assessment. We will thoroughly review your space, discuss your needs and wish list and talk through an implementation strategy. When appropriate, we make suggestions of products and/or processes that could be used to improve the organization of your space.
The tasks are prioritized to ensure your desired goals are met. We will send a follow up email reviewing all items discussed, our plan of action and a summary of the job at hand.
Space Planning and Interior Redesign
You may want to rework an existing space or plan a new space. This might involve creating an office space within a room in the house where you pay bills and sort mail, or enhance an existing home-office to accom-modate a growing business.
Planning a new space may occur when a client is moving into a new home, adds a member to an existing household or a business is moving offices.
Moving Services
Moving can be overwhelming. We will help you plan, sort, and label items to prepare for your move. RILEY Creative will work with movers when packing to inventory boxes so that you can easily find things once they are moved, as well as unpack items into the proper places at the new location.
If space planning is chosen as part of the moving service, floor plans will be posted outside each room to inform movers where each piece is to be placed. RILEY Creative will unpack each room including hanging pictures and setting your décor.

Sorting, purging, and reorganizing paperwork and/or other items, such as, photos, closets, cabinets, and storage areas.
Paper and Electronic Filing Systems
This service includes sorting, organizing, grouping, and storing needed information: paper, computer files, or emails. Once the system is in place, an index is left with the client for reference. The goal of each system is high functionality and easy maintenance. RILEY Creative will design databases for contacts and other client needs.

Memorabilia Storage and Archiving
Displaying, cataloging, or storing pictures, children’s artwork, or family heir- looms, such as, quilts, old baby clothes, or greeting cards. RILEY Creative works with you to sort through items and decide if you want them displayed. We will help you frame your photos, build shadow boxes, or build scrapbooks and memory books. Or, you may decide to store or archive items using acid free, safe storage for clothing or pictures. We will work on archival projects on site with you, or do the work at our office and return completed projects at an upon date.
Emergency Planning
Emergency planning involves securing all vital documents: birth certificates, social security cards, wills, property titles, life insurance policies, etc. We will locate, sort, and store them in a manner that allows for easy retrieval. This alleviates the need to have documents re-issued and ensures they are accessible even if you do not have access to your home, computer, or files.
