Shine On! A grateful & guided journal
During the pandemic, a friend an I wrote a book! It is a guided journal that focuses on gratitude. We started with a prompt to get you thinking. These come from our own personal journeys. We then provide space for guided writing, jotting notes, drawing, and questions to ponder. It was pretty amazing to go through the process and end up with a book we are proud of and want to share with others.
This book is a fun and thoughtful guide through journaling. Combining a topic with questions and space for the reader to journal their thoughts. This is a wonderful asset to those of us that want to journal but have a hard time getting started. Some topics are wise, some are quirky, but I found them all interesting and thought provoking. And I loved the little drawings!
