Services Include:

Consultation/Needs Assessment
The assessment includes a thorough review of each area, and suggestions of products and/or processes that could be used to improve the organization of the space. The tasks are prioritized to ensure the client’s desired goals are met. A complete assessment is left on site for the client’s use.

Space Planning and Interior Redesign
Reworking an existing space or plan a new space. This might involve creating an office space within a room in the house where the client will pay bills and sort mail, or enhance an existing home-office to accommodate a growing business. 

Planning a new space may occur when a client is moving into a new home or a business is moving offices.

Moving Services
Planning, sorting, and labeling items to prepare for moving. Riley Creative will work with movers when packing to inventory boxes so that the client can easily find things once they are moved, as well as unpack items into the proper places at the new location. If space planning is chosen as part of the moving service, floor plans will be posted outside each room to inform movers where each piece is to be placed.

Paper and Electronic Filing Systems
This service includes sorting, organizing, grouping, and storing needed information (e.g., paper, computer files, emails). Once the system is in place, an index is left with the client to reference. The goal of each system is have it work for the client and be easy to maintain. Riley Creative will create databases for contacts and other client needs, and help the client to set up general bookkeeping and online bill paying services using Quicken or QuickBooks.

Memorabilia Storage, Archiving and Family Trees
Displaying, cataloging, or storing pictures, children’s artwork, or family heirlooms (e.g., quilts, old baby clothes, greeting cards). Riley Creative works with the client to sort through items and decide if they want them displayed (e.g., picture frames, shadow boxes), kept in an album (e.g., scrapbooks and memory books) or stored for retrieval later (e.g., acid free, safe storage for clothing, pictures). We will work on albums with the client, or do the work for the client at our office and return completed project to the client on an agreed upon date. 

Using Reunion software, Riley Creative will create a family tree that can include photos of family members. This software also allows the family to enter favorite memories of family members into the database. Once completed, the file will be given to the client to pass along to other family members and add to as they wish.

Hands-On-Organizing
Sorting, purging, and reorganizing paperwork and/or other items (e.g., photos, closets, cabinets, storage areas).

Speaking, Worksheets and Seminars
Riley Creative will tailor a presentation or workshop to meet your specific needs.

Emergency Planning
Emergency planning involves locating all vital documents (e.g., birth certificates, social security cards, and life insurance policies), sorting, and storing them in a manner that allows for easy retrieval. This alleviates the need to get documents re-issued and provides the valuable information needed in any situation where one does not have access to one’s home, computer, or files.
